Console was tested and occasionally won’t read a disc due to black piece on the spindle. Occasionally one of the arms on the spindle won’t grab the disc properly. If it does give a error for the disc, just pop the disc out and put it back in or push down on the disc and push the arm outward to lock it in place. Console only.
