SUGGESTED
USE: Adults: 30-60 minutes before working out, add 1 level scoop (5 g)
to water or juice. Creatine should be consumed within 10 minutes after
mixing. Use in conjunction with an intense daily exercise program and a
balanced diet including an adequate caloric intake. On non-training
days, take your daily serving with your largest meal. WARNING: Pregnant
or nursing women, individuals taking medication(s) or persons who have a
health condition should consult their doctor before using this product.
Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur.
