Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Please ensure that any cancellations are made before receiving the processing notification through messages. - If you order multiple parts or a KIT, there may be cases where we have to ship the parts from multiple warehouse locations. In that case, you may get some parts sooner than others.

- Rarely, damage will occur during shipping - if you see severe damage to the box and can clearly see that the part is also damaged, REFUSE the shipment AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We will either get a new product out to you as soon as possible, or if the damaged product was the last one available in stock, we will refund you in full.

Please provide photos of the damages to the product so we can clearly see - the photo(s) must clearly show which product is damaged with clear images of the damage to that product ? in this case we will be able to provide you a replacement at no cost.
