and are in working order when they left our store. You are buying AS IS. No guarantees or warranties are implied. All other non-photographic items in our store
are sold the same way! I do the photography and my wife does the rest – 2

Japan and wait forever?
Shipping
Most orders are shipped same business day or the next business day
when received before 1PM EST!
We only ship to the address provided to us by
Ebay. If an address change
is required after payment is finalized, we will need to cancel the order and
require you to place a new order with the updated address.
Orders of value $400+ will require a signature for delivery.
We have experienced issues with USPS updating their
tracking information. Packages typically leave our store within 24 hours,
unless purchased over a weekend or Holiday. USPS may not show any updates to
your tracking information, but your item has left our facility! Tracking will
update after an item has been scanned at a USPS hub, however, sometimes it
takes several days for this to happen. Thank you for your patience and
understanding.
We ARE NOT responsible for items that are lost or stolen
after the item has been listed as DELIVERED.

We package our items well with
padding and plastic to prevent damage / water damage. All of our items are from a NON SMOKING
environment.
PLEASE – if you have an issue with
the item upon receipt, contact me right away.
PLEASE DO NOT GO STRAIGHT TO NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK..As per my
feedback my items are always as described or better. DO NOT check “Not as
described” in order to get free return shipping when asking for a refund. It is
not fair to me as a seller. We work very hard to make our customers happy, and
whatever the issue, we will make it right!
