Up for sale is a vintage piano and vocal songbook with accompanying guitar chords of the album AERIE by John Denver.  This book was published by Cherry Lane Music in 1971.

The book is in VERY GOOD condition.  Although the cover does show signs of its 50+ years in age the binding and the pages do not show as aged and thus, are in very good condition.  It is the tear on the cover that brings down the grade of the book.  Other that what is just mentioned, there are not any other tears, folds, or creases.  Please see the photos for true and further details.
