Unconditional Return Policy
Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us.
I have an unconditional return policy if notified within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
All returned items must be the original condition.
Please contact me first for return before you ship it back to me.
If you spot a problem with one of our items that were listed, we apologize in advance. The postage of the returned goods is a seller burden.
PLEASE let us know before opening a case, leaving negative feedback, or stating that something is not as described.
We will make sure that you are 100% happy by either offering a replacement, discount, partial or full refund.
