- Future: We have an idea that might sound simple but requires a lot of effort to execute correctly. Many of the books we list might not be resellable and could end up in a recycling center. However, in our effort to promote a circular economy, we are considering using unsellable books to create packaging for your purchased items.
- Present: All items we sell are pre-owned, so some may have minor markings. As we are in the early stages of our business, occasional mistakes may occur. If you receive an item in worse condition than advertised, please contact us, and we will gladly offer you a full or partial refund.
- Packaging: We prioritise sustainability by reusing cardboard boxes for all our shipments. In the past week alone, we have repurposed 65 square meters of cardboard.
