The general condition is okay, has been opened previous to me owning it, someone has put a 250GB hardrive in from the original 60gb, console works fine minus the very loud fan when up to temperature.. doesnt seem to overheat i have played it for a few hours and it was fine just very loud.

Console comes with all leads required to play and to get started, plus new 3rd party controller
