Dispatch Times

All items paid before 4pm will be dispatched the same working day Monday-Friday.

Order Upgrades

There is an option to choose the delivery service you require at checkout. Once an item has been paid we cannot guarantee we can change it as we process orders very quickly to ensure that they are dispatched on time. Please make sure you choose the correct delivery at checkout.

Change of Address

We cannot guarantee an address change after payment is made. As invoices are automatically generated to the address on eBay as soon as they are paid please ensure that your delivery address at checkout is correct.

Missed Delivery and Re-Postage

If any item is returned back to us by the original courier because they were unable to re-deliver we reserve the right to request re-postage costs should the item need to be re-posted.

International Postage Options

You can opt for airmail for items under £20, which is the cheapest option. There are also a few other international options which you will be able to see at checkout.

Returns policy

If you wish to return your costume you will need to send the item back in a resellable condition within 30 days of receipt with a copy of the invoice along with a note of the reason of return. If you do not include any paperwork it will delay processing your return. Please send the item back in the original packaging neatly so that it is in re-sellable condition. Failure to include the packaging may result in the item coming back to you as items need to be in re-sellable condition. We are happy to take back items which do not fit or are no longer required with the exception of wigs, hosiery, makeup, fangs and underwear which cannot be returned due to hygiene regulation.

It may take up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed once we have received the item back and it may take some additional time for the refund to show up in your statement.

Please Note: Cost and risk of return is at the customers expense expense so we strongly recommend you receive proof of postage or opt for a recorded service. If goods are returned without a recorded service and are not received by us, it is the customers responsibility to raise the claim with the courier.

Exchange Policy

If you need an exchange for a different size or item it needs to be done within 30 days of receipt. Items must include a detailed note along with a copy of the original invoice and/ or user id, item number and telephone number. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay and ship the item back to us and cover any additional costs or postage. Additional payment to resend the exchange out to you can be included in the return or be paid over the phone by calling our customer service team.

Please contact us through eBay or call our customer service team who will be able to resolve the problem for you.

What To Do When Items Arrive Late

If your goods arrive after you need them and we are at fault by not sending you out the items in time or you paid for next day delivery and you did not receive your item you can send the items back, please contact us beforehand to arrange return. However it customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us if they have chosen a slower or non guaranteed delivery service or were not present at the time of the original delivery. Please choose your delivery option carefully.
