Shipping within Australia

Orders with standard delivery will be delivered for free.

Express shipping by AusPost Express is available for extra cost. We strongly recommend you use express shipping if the purchase date is 15 days or less prior to the scheduled departure of your flight.

For standard delivery, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing plus 3-8 business days depending on your location.

For NT and non-metro WA customers, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

Note that a Post Office parcel locker or parcel collect address is NOT accepted according to AusPost policy.

International shipping

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide.

International shipping from Australia usually takes 7-25+ business days for delivery depending the countries you live in.

Please note that there is no tracking included for international shipping.

Consider our eSIM products if post delivery takes too long for your trip. eSIM QR codes can be delivered by email within a few hours.

We have a 100% Money Back Guarantee policy for any faulty SIM card not suitable for use or damaged during transit. You are entitled to a full refund for your SIM cards and/or other digital services that are deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law. Please ensure you read and follow the instructions.

If you wish to claim a refund, you must follow these steps:
1. Contact us first and let us help you with the connection issue.
2. Help us learn about your problem by providing detailed information including:
- product and purchase information
- the issue you are having
- what device you are using and in which the country the SIM card is faulty
3. You are responsible for returning the faulty product to us for evaluation.

We are unable to offer a refund under the following circumstances:
1. Your order was not received on time due to insufficient time allowed for post delivery.
2. Failure to contact or cooperate with us to identify and solve the connection issue or other problems.
3. The device you are using is locked or incompatible to our products. Please ensure you device is unlocked to any carrier, and if your device model is over 4 years old, please contact us for compatibility before your purchase.

Once your refund request is approved, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
