Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please request delivery confirmation. We cannot process your return until the item is received.

Return Policy
- Any item in original condition that is returned within 30 days after delivery. Shipping Charge (Our shipping cost) is not refundable even if it was free shipping.
- Any item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: No returns are accepted
- Any item has obvious signs of use and returned: NO REFUND!
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: NO REFUND!
- If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please contact the manufacturer!
- If you are an International buyer, you must know whether you have to use a transformer with any electronic purchase. (NO RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING)
If you refuse a shipment or your item comes back to us as “undeliverable as addressed”, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If it was a free shipping order, shipping cost and eBay fee will be deducted from your refund.
