  • The return will not be accepted in any case if the item has been used. Only un-mounted and un-used tires can be returned.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost if the return is accepted.
  • Any item that is approved for exchange will need to be in brand new condition, which means the item has never been installed and is kept in the original packaging.
  • We do not assume responsibility for any installation fees charged by shops under any circumstances.
