Don't worry about the battery balance. The smart battery comes with a balance board. The charging principle is the same as that of the original charger

Air2 / s 13.20v 2.9a 38W or 12.60v 3a 38W

Royal Pro 13.05v 3.7a 50W

(a slightly higher current setting can increase the charging speed, but if it is too large, the smart battery will automatically cut off charging to protect the battery)
