Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched usually within the advised dispatch time on our listings. Please allow for longer delivery times at busier periods (Bank holidays, Christmas).

Terms Return policy: We operate a 14 day returns policy for fixed price purchases. You have 7 days from receipt of goods to notify us in writing of your intention to return the item and a further 7 days to return the item.
