Even though the cover on this copy is dirty, the colors are still in good condition, (see photos). The main condition issues are tears on the first photo-protective sheet, (about 90% separated), the title page, (top 1/3 separated), and the cast of characters page, (about 95% separated), (see photos). The spine of the binding is also loose from the pages, though the pages are secure, and what appears to be a pencil mark date on the inside cover, (see photos).  Otherwise, the pages are in good condition as well as the play photos. There is some age and moisture discoloration, though none severe.
