• We Ship Worldwide!
• All 6x4, 7x5 & 8x10 photographs are shipped in bags with board inside a strong card backed envelope and strengthened with extra sheets of cardboard where necessary. Large scale prints such as 11x14 and 12x16 photos are shipped rolled in strong postal tubes.
• Please note; Shipping charges cover postage and packaging costs.
• We ship every item using either First Class Mail (UK) or Airmail. Shipping rates listed in the "postage and payments" tab.

Are your photographs home printed?
No! All our photographs are professionally lab printed using a photographic process on actual photographic paper using state of the art Digital Mini Labs - NONE OF OUR PHOTOS ARE INK JET PRINTED.

What kind of paper do you use?
We only use Fuji Professional Photographic paper.

My photo isn't exactly the same as the one pictured, what does this mean?
The image shown is a thumbnail image of the photo you will receive, therefore the when the original image is printed, there may be slight cropping or resizing to the image to keep the image in proportion. This is normal.
Also, colours, tones and contrast may be slightly different to how you see this image on your computer/mobile/tablet screen. This is due to the calibration of your screen being different to that of the digital mini lab. This is also normal.

The "Add to Basket" option is not showing, what do I do?
For some reason, when buying from outside the UK, the shopping cart or basket is not displayed. It seems to be an eBay issue as the cart won't allow different currencies from that of your own. To fix this, just login using eBay.co.uk rather than eBay.com then the cart will be displayed and shipping can be combined. If you have had to pay shipping on each item, we always combine so we'll make sure that any additional shipping is refunded back to your paypal account.

How long do items take to be delivered?
Usually we aim to ship within 2-3 days, therefore orders usually arrive within 3-7 days (UK). Please allow for longer if ordering from outside the UK

When you do you leave feedback after a purchase?
For every successful transaction, we will always leave positive feedback. This is automated and is usually completed once payment has been received for your purchase(s)

How do you package & ship your items?
We ship all orders via Royal Mail. UK orders are sent using 1st Class post. International Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Airmail. All small photos are shipped in card backed envelopes, and larger sized items are shipped in strong tubes. These tubes will not fit through your letterbox, so please be on the lookout for them to arrive.

I'm not happy with my purchase, what should I do?
Although this is a rare occurence, before leaving feedback, please get in touch with us so we can resolve any outstanding issues you have.
