RARE 1938 Sears, Roebuck & Co. Christmas Book Catalog rough cover condition.

This is a 1938 Sears, Roebuck & Co Christmas catalog.  The cover is in rough condition it is torn and had pieces missing. The inside looks nice however some pages have folds and wrinkles.

This is a Hard to Find survivor. Great pictures of some neat old toys!
