Full leatherbound hardcover, 425 pages, plus a 77 page State Treasurer's Report. 

Cracks running up and down the spine grooves, but the binding is still very much intact.  Scattered scuffs and stains on the boards, rubbed through board corners.  Bookstore sticker on the front endpaper, and pencil marks in several page margins.  There are also printer's corrections affixed to the text in many page margins. 

A very acceptable copy.
