Simple way to measure your wheel clearance:
The outside of the sidewall of the tire is usually where the tire and tire are widest (unless the tire is "stretched" to the rim). A straight edge or ruler is placed between the outermost tire point and the inside of the fender lip when the tire/wheel is on the car and the car is at the desired driving height on the ground. Distance is your wheel clearance and your gasket size. This is the largest spacer size, so choosing a smaller spacer size to consider suspension travel is a good idea.
Important Note:
- Make sure to twist lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications
- Avoid using impact spanner; Hand wrenches are recommended.
- Re-torque all lug nuts after driving 50-100 miles and then re-torque after 2-3000 miles.
