Payment
Policy
We ask for
payment to clear within 3 days from the end of the auction via Paypal. If you
have any problems with payment please contact us immediately so we can try to
resolve the issue.
Postage
All items
posted within 2 working days of cleared payment via Royal Mail or
MyHermes. Combined postage available for multiple items. Please contact us
as soon as possible if you have any problems with this and we will do our best
to resolve the issue.
Items are
available to collect in person from one of our outlets after payment has
cleared via Paypal.
If you wish
for your item to be
posted outside of the UK or by recorded delivery please contact us prior to
purchase for a postage total.
Please be aware
items brought on a Friday will not be posted until Monday, excluding Bank
Holiday!
Refunds
We will not be able to
refund an item which has not been received until 10 working days have passed.
This is a Royal Mail rule as they do not consider an item lost until after this
time.
Please note any item that
states it is ‘UNTESTED’ or ‘HAS NOT BEEN TESTED’ will not be eligible for a
refund.

We operate
Monday-Friday 9-3pm (excluding Bank Holidays). As a charity supporting Mary
Stevens Hospice we have a number of volunteers who help us and we try to do our
upmost to research thoroughly but sometimes things escape us so if you are not
happy please contact us. All our items are used unless stated if new.
As a charity we
do our upmost to be environmentally friendly so we use recycled packaging as
much as we can
