The JOKER Slammer jig is a highly versatile, streamline, quick drop jig that’s great at avoiding streaming away when the tide and boat are at odds.

It’ll catch anything but best for cod, bass and pollock and works well using typical slow pitch actions with short, medium or long and high pitches. It’s also great for working up through the water column a bit faster. This is a great way to encourage fish to move in and attack.

When set up correctly, a typical pitch of the rod fires the jig upwards and onto its side, from there it hovers slightly before a slow horizontal, flat fall.

Watch for hits at the top of the pitch, during the fall and any pauses in the jigs movement.

The Slammer is also often hit on the drop into any fish holding zones and can be picked up off the bottom.

Currently available in 3 colours and 80g, 100g, 130g, 170g and 200g.

All jigs to be pre fitted with a pair of top quality assist hooks to the top eye.
