  • 1.Beyond original ingredients:High strength metal after heat treatment perfectly meets OEM requirement.Ball joints follow the SOPM rules and can withstand extreme loading conditions.

  • 2.Superior Dust Boot:Additional lips on boot protect ball stud from dust and water. Provide high resistance to Oxidation and ageing.

  • 3.Advanced-tech material:Absorb impact and reduce the friction. Undergo comprehensive tests.

  • 4.Premium Grade Stud:High precision mirrors and Increased sphere diameters improve contact pressure and durability of ball pin.

  • 5.Pre-greased Component:Self-lubricating with original lubricant can reduce tear and wear inside the ball joints to keep the maximum performance.

  • 6.Designed Housing:Provides additional strength and stiffness to the ball joint. And facilitates the use of a wider range of ball joint installation tools.

  • 7.Serviceable ball joint.:With grease fitting allowing lubricant to flush and extend service life.

Control arms should be checked and replaced when you encounter the following problems:

ZK6541 BALL JOINT

ZK6541 BALL JOINTS

Steering wandering

Steering Wheel Vibrations

When the bushings or ball joints in the control arm become excessively worn it can cause wheel shimmy, which may cause vibrations felt in the wheel. The intensity of the vibrations will increase as you step on the accelerator pedal to go faster.

Clunking Noises

If the control arms or ball joints develop excessive play or looseness, this can cause them to knock during takeoff, or when the vehicle is traveling over rough terrain. The clunking sound will continuously get louder as the component wears or until it eventually breaks.

Steering Wandering

Excessively worn ball joints or bushings can cause the vehicle’s steering alignment to shift, which may cause the steering to pull to the left or right when traveling down the road.
