This is an antique cookbook, titled “How to Cook and Eat in Chinese" by Buwei Yang Chao. This is the ninth impression, published by John Day Company in 1949.


The condition is good/fine. There are no annotations and the binding is intact. However, the pages have yellowed due to age, and there is damage around the bottom of the hardcover. The dust jacket has water stains and significant tearing around the edges. Please see the pictures carefully for more information.
