Mojo Jojo is about 3.25 inches tall. Bubbles is about 3.75 inches tall.

These may or may not be suitable for cake décor, but I think if you could get them to light up again, it'd be really cute to use them that way. Bubbles is a bit top heavy but does stand up on her own.

Neither lights up anymore, some spots/scuffs—but still cute/nice in my opinion.
