Looks like the kind of scuff from coming down off a curb… while the pictures make it look worse, the scuffs are so low in the heel that they cannot be seen when wearing. Both heels have slight wear on outside of heels. Slight scuff where gold detail slid across shoe toe could be removed with a little conditioner.

Despite all of this - these really are beautiful shoes that look new from every angle!
