How to install the radiator:
1. Disconnect the battery first and drain the radiator fluid into a suitable container.
2. Remove all plastic covers around the radiator and disconnect the fan's electrical connector, then loosen the bolts and remove the fan assembly.
3. Disconnect the transmission cooling line from the bottom of the radiator. Remove any clips, screws or brackets holding the heatsink in place and lift the heatsink up and out.
4. Put the new radiator in place, secure the radiator with clips or brackets, connect the transmission cooling line and connect the transmitter hose to the radiator.
5. Reconnect the fan's electrical connections and replace the plastic cover.
6. Fill the radiator with fluid when finished.
7. After the installation is complete, check again to make sure nothing is missing.
Ways to reduce Radiator failures:
1.Mainly during daily routine inspection, always check whether the radiator is leaking or rusty.
2.Clean on time.
3.Replace or add antifreeze to increase boiling point and extend service life.
How to install the cooling fan:
1. Prepare a new cooling fan and align the four holes of the fan with the fixing holes on the four cooling fans on the motherboard.
2. Press down on the cooling fan feet and pull it out to see if you can pull it out easily. If it's not stuck, check again.
NOTICE: Do not press when the mounting holes are misaligned, as this will pinch the base of the thermal fan.
3. After the cooling fan feet are fully inserted into the fixing holes of the main board, press down the four pins on the fan.
NOTICE: Press the clips diagonally.
4. After pressing down the fixing clip of the cooling fan, check whether the four feet of the fan are fully connected to the motherboard.
5. Connect the power supply of the cooling fan.
