The plate frame measures 9 3/4 inches long and 6 1/2 inches wide.

NOS U.S. Pioneer License Plate Frame Holder and does have a few specks of chrome missing on the bottom side which is shown in the 3rd & 4th pictures.

The top side is starting to get some chrome loss but no bubbling in the chrome. This is shown in the 7th & 8th pictures and it's picking up a lot of background reflection so it's hard taking a decent picture.

The box is in rough shape and missing the end flaps.
