This is a great starter bass clarinet for a student or hobbyist getting into music and band! This instrument has been serviced including: replacing necessary pads, new corks, cleaning, polishing, and oiling keys!

The case is in good condition for its age! It does show sign of cosmetic wear like peeling of the leather, rust on metal parts, and cork grease/ metal tarnish stains on the inside. Despite this common wear, the case functions as intended: all latches work and the case is sturdy enough for carrying/ travel.

The body of the bass clarinet has scratches from normal use and age, the keys and neck have plating wear, and there's a dent on the bottom of the bell. However, the clarinet plays well!

There is no peg or mechanism for a peg, but there is a loop for a neckstrap.

-New Yamaha 4C mouthpiece and ligature (cork discoloration was from assembly)

-New tube of cork grease
