Handling times are based on our shipping policy. We aim to ship promptly and pack carefully for our customers.
Our business days are Monday through Friday.
We typically ship within 5-10 business days (depending on circumstances).
For expedited shipping, we use FedEx, DHL, or UPS. For economy shipping, we use Japan Post. However, in order to ensure the safe delivery of packages, we may need to be flexible and change carriers if there are acceptance or delivery area restrictions imposed by the shipping company.
Delivery may experience delays due to factors such as global unrest, peak seasons (November-December), and customs processes in your country. Therefore, if you encounter delays, please reach out to the shipping company with your tracking number.
