Policy
If you
have any problems with payment please contact us immediately so we can try to
resolve the issue.
Gift Aided Items
This item is being sold under the Retail Gift Aid scheme
which enables us to increase the value of donations by 25%. Mary Stevens
Hospice Trading Ltd is acting as an agent selling this item on behalf of
the Gift Aid Donor.
Postage
All items
posted within 2 working days of cleared payment via Royal Mail or Evri unless
another service is requested. Combined postage available for multiple
items if we are able to do so, please request a combined postage quote before
paying invoice. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems
with this and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Items are
available to collect in person from Haleswowen, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4pm,
providing payment has cleared.
If you
wish your item to be posted using a ‘tracked’ or ‘signed for’ delivery service,
please specify before paying the invoice and the postage cost will be adjusted
accordingly.
Please be
aware items brought on a Friday will not be posted until Monday, excluding Bank
Holidays!
Refunds
If you are not
totally satisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us! We
will do our upmost to resolve any query or issue with an item at the earliest
convenience.
Please note any item
that states it is ‘UNTESTED’ or ‘HAS NOT BEEN TESTED’ will not be eligible for
a refund.

We
operate Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm (excluding Bank Holidays). As a charity
supporting Mary Stevens Hospice we have a number of volunteers who help us and
we try to do our upmost to research thoroughly but sometimes things escape us
so if you are not happy please contact us. All our items are used unless stated
if new.
As a
charity we do our upmost to be environmentally friendly so we use recycled
packaging as much as we can
