Description A lovely English antique solid sterling silver bookmark with beautiful undamaged faceted amethyst crystal glass finial and with full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1924. Very nice quality and in excellent clean condition, it has a polished silver blade and is free from added personal engraved inscriptions. 100 years old and looks hardly used.

Measurements Good size, measures 3 inches (77mm) in length x 0.45 inches (12mm) wide.

Date English antique solid sterling silver with full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1924, (date letter "z"). Good clear struck silver marks and the silversmiths initials are "ALLD", (Adie & Lovekin Ltd - 1894 - 1927).

Condition Excellent clean condition with no faults and the beautiful faceted amethyst glass crystal is undamaged. Lovely example and with no added personal engravings.
