About the item:  
This blank sketch cover is in near mint/mint condition and, while I can't guarantee it, in my experience this copy should come back a 9.6 if graded by CGC.  Again, that cannot be guaranteed but in my experience it should...  Either way, its a crisp and clean copy with the only visible issue being some slight markings - looks like lite pencil spots but will not erase.
