See photos!  Very good condition for its age.   General wear to the outside cover, a bit of creasing to the spine.  A little brown staining on the outside of the page block (photo 4 on the right).  Pages are all secure nothing falling apart.  Inside is excellent with crisp clean pages and free of any writing/markings, torn/damaged pages, foul odors etc.
