As for sizing, this item is as close to OS as I have seen.  My mannequin is a small and it is beautiful on her.  I wear a L/XL and it looks super pretty and the measurements (which I did PTP on the back for accuracy) clearly show that it will fit the provided size of 3X and be stunning.
