Shipping outside of the united kingdom is via eBay's global shipping only 

Can combine shipping for UK buyers as for overseas buyers I'm quite sure it is done via eBay global but this would need to be checked in advance, also should there be any further fees applicable for your countries legislation /laws on imports the responsibility would be down to the buyer to do there own due diligence prior to placing an order via ebay I'm not suggesting there will be any.
