Super cool-looking figure!  Imperfect box and priced accordingly, but still ripe for your collection, especially if you don't care about the box or also need the Grundy legs.

New in box and sealed--box on this one is lightly dinged in a couple of places, has a crease on the hook (still hangs), and has a small tear on the back corner.  Still looks quite nice for display -- please see photos of actual item!
