The HDMI port on the graphics card is has been majorly worn with use (might not work). The 3 other DP ports are functional. Using DP ports is preferable as they allow NVIDIA G-SYNC (prevents screen tear) while HDMI does not. However, if you must use HDMI, please consider getting a DP to HDMI adapter.
