(Parlophone Records R5610 UK 7" Single 1967)

This is a 1967 UK 1st pressing 7" Single. Playback is extremely good on this copy! The record is pressed on thick vinyl and has black & silver "Parlophone" labels. They have a 4 pronged centre. The labels have "The Gramophone Co,,," and "Sold in UK..." texts. It has an embossed company "KT" tax code around the A-side spindle hole. The record has 1st press 7XCE 20602-1 and 7XCE 20603-1 matrix numbers. It comes with its original generic "Parlophone" company paper sleeve.

A genuine UK 1st pressing of their last UK 7" Single, released in mid 1967. These are very rare. Two great Psych/ Mod/ Freakbeat tracks. I have some other rare & collectible original 1960's & 1970's Rock, Prog, Blues LP's for sale too. So please see my other listings.

Vinyl: There are three light, mild, or very mild hairline surface marks on the A-side. These measure from 1 cm to 2 cm in length. There is a more moderate 1 cm surface rub mark, or surface scuff mark, on the A-side too. There are some light, mild or more moderate surface sleeve rubs which can only be seen under a strong light. There are two very light 1 cm hairline surface marks on the B-side. Otherwise, the B-side has some light, mild, very mild or more moderate surface sleeve rubs which, again, can only be seen under a strong light. The A-side is in Good+ condition. The B-side is in Very Good+ condition. Overall, Good++ condition. The labels are in Near Excellent condition and show mild or very mild spindle wear only.

The original company paper sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear & creasing. There is some more moderate rippling on the rear sleeve. There are no seam splits.

I have play tested this single in its entirety & it plays Very Good+ to Near Excellent overall. There is some light, mild, very mild or very minor crackle in some quieter places. There are no noticeable clicks or pops. Overall, a very decent audio copy.

I shall place the vinyl into a separate plain paper sleeve. This will protect the original company paper sleeve from any damage during the shipping process.

All grading is very strict & adheres to 'Record Collector' specifications. However, I have fine tuned them & they are explained below. All vinyl is examined closely under a strong light & play tested.

MINT Condition = A perfect copy! Almost impossible to find like this.

NEAR MINT Condition = Very nearly mint just slightly under, There may be a very few, very light paper surface sleeve rubs that can hardly be seen under strong light. This disc has been played a couple of times at most. The sleeve is virtually perfect - there is very minimal wear only.

EXCELLENT Condition = A clean & tidy copy that shows minimal defects. There will be light, very mild or very minor surface sleeve rubs. There will be no scratches. The cover will be very nice & clean with maybe minimal creasing, ringwear or edge rubbing wear etc...

NEAR EXCELLENT Condition = You can tell this record has been played a few times, but it has been well cared for. There will be minor surface marks only. The sleeve may have light, mild or very mild creasing,ringwear & very mild rubbing wear to the edges etc.... Overall, it will be a very serviceable copy that you will be pleased with.

Very Good Condition = A well played but very decent overall copy. There will be a few marks on the vinyl, but they won't be nasty scratches, just relatively light needle scuffs and sleeve removal marks, they will be noticeable but won't detract from play too much. Cover will show signs of storage/ ageing, e.g., creasing, slight folding, spinewear, ringwear or sticker tears etc... The record will not be trashed!!

Please note that I also use "+" or "-" symbols for this grading. A plus symbol is obviously at the top end of "Very Good" & is really not far from being in "near excellent" condition. The minus symbol obviously means it is at the lower end. This will mean that it is near to being in "Good+" condition.

Royal Mail have very recently increased their postage rates. So I have revised my postage costs to reflect their increases. (Please note that these prices include packaging costs too)
Double LPs are classed as two LPs. Also posters, inserts, etc.. can increase postage costs.

All records will be sent in high quality vinyl mailers with at least two card stiffeners either side of the LP or 7" Single. I use a cruciform box for larger orders (3-6 LPs). All parcels will be marked "Fragile" and dispatch time will generally be between 1-3 days after payment.

I will also remove the vinyl from the sleeve & place them in a re-sealable polythene sleeve. In order to prevent seam splits. Depending on the inner sleeve; I often remove the vinyl from the inner sleeve & place it in a separate plain paper, or polythene-lined, plain inner sleeve. I am very conscientious and careful when packaging your LP(s).

I consider my postage & packaging costs to be very transparent & very fair. Packaging costs will generally be between £0.80 to £1.50. I am not adding any further costs for handling, etc...
