DETAILS
Some 2008+ Mazda CD6 radios are known for CD drive problems.  Don't let a defective radio keep you from enjoying your vehicle.  Get your replacement CD mechanism from ReplacementRadios.  If you're in need of a E9565B-2 (or 1) drive for the CD6 radio in your 2008+ Mazda vehicle because of CD Error messages, Bad Disc messages, playback failure, noisy operation, or basic load and eject problems, you've come to the right place.  This is a brand new CD drive mechanism (mech).

This was used in some Matsushita manufactured Mazda 6 CD6 radio blocks, at a minimum.  We have provided pictures of the drive AND the part number.  It is in your best interest to make sure this is the drive you have.

Instructions for installation or removal are not included. If you do not feel comfortable attempting this replacement or are not qualified to perform the replacement you should seek an electronics shop that will do it for you or ask us about sending it in for us to do it. We can tell you that you MUST disconnect the negative battery terminal (or remove the plugs from the back of the radio) and let it sit for at least 60 minutes BEFORE you attempt to do any work on the radio. Failure to do so can result in a short within the radio.  We've had many reports of it from people who ignored this caution.  Don't be one of them!!

APPLICATIONS

Mazda used more than one radio manufacturer and most of the parts were different for each.  This drive was used in some (but not all) Matsushita radios from 2008-2010, at a minimum.  Make sure your drive matches the part number provided (E9565B-2 or E9565B-1).  It can be found on the green board on the bottom.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • Shipping cost is based on weight and zip code.  This site does the figuring, not us.  If you feel their calculation is high, you might be underestimating the package weight and/or current shipping costs from our zip code (62401) to yours.  Please don't ding us for shipping in the ratings, as we have no control over ever-increasing carrier rates.
  • We will enter a tracking number into your order details here on the site.  They will email it to you if your notification preferences are set correctly.
  • A signature is not typically required. If you are not home to receive the package, it will most likely be left at your door.  Please monitor it's progress and arrange to collect it when it arrives.
  • This site provides a section/tab in each ad for Shipping information.  We encourage you to check that section for prices, methods, time-frames, etc.
