Shipping
We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states and ship to most places in the world from our Midwest location. Many of our items have extended handling days that are specified in the delivery section of the listing. We comply with applicable regulations such as the Department of Commerce and ITAR. If any restrictions apply to your purchase or your destination, your order may be canceled.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened, items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (such as you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also pay for the return shipping costs. We ask that you contact us if you require a return so that we can guide you through the process. Returns that are not seller fault may be subject to restocking fees. Package returns have an environmental impact due to return transit and we encourage our customers to ensure that they are confident in their purchasing decisions.
If your package is being returned to sender for an invalid address, failure to pick up, refusal, or similar reasons, it may take much longer than the original shipping timeframe for it to be returned to us. This is due to such returns being routed via a much slower service. We recommend that customers needing to make a return do not refuse parcels and instead accept delivery and contact us for return instructions. This will greatly speed up the returns process and your eventual refund.
International Returns: If the return is for seller fault, we have no means with which to provide you a prepaid return label. Because of this, you will need to contact us for return authorization and provide us with a receipt to show the return postage. We will reimburse you for this cost via PayPal.
