This is a vintage, 1927 book by Ethel Owen and Frank Owen (1893 -- 1968). They were American  authors, who wrote children's collections together.

This is a selection of 10 fairy tales for children. These are fantasy stories the "Happy Giant" tells to his sister, "Wanda Moon".  Some of these are tales about Asian children.

The book is beautifully illustrated with many color lithographs by George Timothy Tobin (1864 -- 1956).  Tobin was an American illustrator and artist from Weybridge, Vermont.  He later settled in New Rochelle, New York, where he was a founding member of the New Rochelle Art Association.  

There are 3 full-color, full-page lithographs that are plate-signed by George T. Tobin,  plus 11 Red & Black Full-Page Plates of  Pictorial Titles, plus numerous smaller drawings (see pics).  Having looked at his artwork on-line, I believe it is possible that Tobin created all the book's artwork.  He definitely created the 3 full-color, full-page lithographs.  All these chromo-lithographs are on 9" x 6" sheets, and they are easily worthy of frames. 

It is a beautiful, vintage, 1927, book of fairy tales.
