All orders will ship to the registered address on ebay via Japan Post / DHL / FedEx. Additional charges may be applied in some areas, please ask us for details (Does not apply to US buyers).

An Electronic device which requires wall power (AC power) are made for AC100V (50/60Hz) with Type-A plug unless otherwise stated in Product Descriptions.

It may require an appropriate voltage transformer and/or a plug adapter for use outside Japan.

Lithium battery(-ies), if included in the product, will be safely installed into the device before shipment to meet Airmail Safety Regulation of Japan Post.

Manufacturer's Warranty

The product is intended for sale in Japan by the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranty, if applies, is valid only in Japan unless otherwise stated in Product Descriptions. Should a warranty service is needed during the warranty period, please contact us for support. We will arrange the service on behalf customer. Shipping fees in both ways (to us in Japan & from us to you) and service fee, if charged by manufacturer, are responsibility of buyer.

Returns: Please Email us first. Return authorization IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS! We are not held liable for any costs incurring by you in returning products to us for an exchange. Postage and Handling fee must be paid in full by you before we resend the alternative products to you. Items that are being returned due to 'buyer remorse' or found to be in working order we reserve the rights to deduct the actual cost of shipping along with up to a 15% restocking fee from the refund amount.
