Postage

Postage is set to cover costs and will be reduced, where possible, when more than one item is purchased,

this applies across all of my listings. Please ask for the invoice total before completing payment. If there is a message saying that I do not allow reduced postage, please contact me with the items you require and I will list them separately with the correct postage. Ebay is blocking this because I am unable to set reduced postage correctly across the variety of items that I sell so I to do it manually.

Returns

Returns are accepted, must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received the item.

Buyer is responsible for return postage, refunds are only given once the item has been returned, and is for cost of goods only.

Items Lost or Not Received

Items are sent via Royal Mail who have a 99.9% delivery record, and accept full responsibility, for all items lost or damaged, all they require for a claim, is proof of posting and a copy of the invoice, both of these are available, items are also scanned before posting.
