We provide COMBINED POSTAGE for almost all items listed, you are welcome to select multiple items and save on postage!

Be sure to look at the “Order Total” in your shopping cart to see the final postage rather than the postage shown under each product which is not the final COMBINED POSTAGE!

 

We ship to all addresses including physical addresses and P.O boxes, parcel lockers, post office close to you, parcel point locations etc. in Australia. When using P.O boxes, parcel lockers, post office close to you as address, please choose Australia Post as the carrier, thanks!

 

We also ship to overseas. International Buyers -- Please Note: 

Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office about any possible charges prior to purchasing the item.

 

If you have SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS, such as “leave the parcel in the Front yard” etc, please include it in your note in the order. This will help the courier to deliver your parcel quicker and safer.

We ship with couriers/AusPost with tracking for almost all of items unless stated otherwise.

Please note parcel transit time will depend on your location and all the delivery dates are provided by a third-party service provider and are only estimates.

 

Sale Policy:

We will arrange exchange/repair/return for the product within 30 days of purchase on the condition the product is returned in original condition and packaging.

Please note that buyers are required to return the items at their own expense. Refund will be made after subtracting the postage in the original transaction. If the item was sold with free shipping, the actual postage incurred in the original transaction will be subtracted.

 

For Faulty item returns, we will request images and a video (when needed) to show what is wrong with the item before the item can be sent back.

 

If an item is faulty and needs to be returned it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is appropriately packaged for return to prevent damage. It's best to keep the original packaging for all returns. It is advised to take photos and send to us before you send the items back to us to prove the items are not damaged before shipment.
