How to Remove the Door Handle?
Step 1
Loosening of the screws fixing the door handles.
Open the door, and on the side of the door, we will find a small round hole. There is a screw in it to fix the lock cylinder of the door handle. All we need to do is to loosen this screw.
Step 2
The process of removing the door handle.
When entering the key disassembly process of the door handle, we have to exert force with both hands. One hand holds the door handle, the other hand takes out the t-20 spline, and the screw is loosened again with the t-20 spline until Until the screws are loosened.
Step 3
Removal of the door lock core.
At this time, the screws inside have been loosened to the extreme. Hold the lock cylinder of the door handle with your hand, and then gently pull it out. In this way, the entire lock cylinder can be taken out. You must put away the lock cylinder.
Step 4
Remove the door handle cable.
The reason why our car doors can be opened and closed freely is because the pull wire installed in the handle is working. To remove the door handle, you must remove this pull wire. Use a small flat-head screwdriver to gently pry the pull wire off. The cable is stuck on the slot of the door handle, just pry it gently.
Step 5
Final removal of the door handle.
Hold the position of the handle with your hand, and then start from the side with the pull line, pull it out, and then remove the front part from the hole, so that the door handle of the door is taken off.
