Grading & Returnpolicy

- I always try to grade honestly and carefully, but note that grading issubjective and some grades easily become a discussion. I tend to grade underits real condition to avoid claims and disappointments. In addition, I amtotally open to make any further comment about grades before ordering.

IMPORTANT: CDjewel cases, DVD or cassette cases are not graded. Only the media, sleeves andartwork.

- Should you not be happy with a purchased item, you can return it. Iwill refund your money after I have received the item back from you and checkedit is in same condition as I sent it to you. Note that I will only refundthe value of the item minus the ebay and paypal (if used) fees, but not theshipping costs (to you and back to me). You must notify me before returning itand within one week after receipt of the item concerning. After one week, noguarantee will apply.
