Ground shipping takes 1-7 working days depending on your location. Please note delays can happen by the shipping 

company which is out of our control - weather, missing a connection etc.

Please inspect items within 48hrs of receiving them, we do not warrantee items for play times.

If there is any damage please send us an Email with images.

Yes, we will need images of the damage or the manufacture defect in order to proceed.

Defective/damaged items will be replaced with the same item, refund will be only issued if we no longer have stock.
