Compatible with the TM6, the efficient, multi-purpose mixing knife is the heart of Thermomix®. Just one knife stirs at low speeds, mixes at medium speeds (2-4) and chops or grinds at higher speeds. In addition, the reverse function can be selected for more gentle stirring or shredding.
