CONDITION: Read Carefully

Overall my PERSONAL opinion: good to very good with the following main flaws, shown in the posted photos:

1) FRONT COVER & PAGE 2: 1.5 inch tear on bottom, right corner.

2) PAGE 3 / 4: 1 inch tear on bottom, right corner

3) BACK COVER: Address label present + heavy post marks from the post office

4) Because of the paper quality of the covers and interior (newsprint), tanning, especially around the edges is evident.

I am NOT an expert on grading, so I have put up the many photos for you to judge and rate its condition.  Please use Ebay’s “Zoom-In” feature to inspect all areas. 

Since there are NO RETURNS, please ask any questions you may have BEFORE you buy. (I would be happy to send additional photos upon request).

SHIPPING:

Will be shipped within 2 BUSINESS days of notification of payment via Canada Post with TRACKING.  Tracking is expensive in Canada and I have no control over rates.
