And if you’re working on site around heavy objects or machinery at foot height, your ankle area is fully safe-guarded by a protective cushioning.

All items are available for immediate dispatch and are sent from our Warehouse in Daventry, Northamptonshire, UK

A VAT receipt will be issued with all goods (one will be sent via email and one with the actual order).

Payment can be made via PayPal, Debit Card, Credit Card

Payment for item(s) won should be made through PayPal or to our shop within 7 days of purchase. All items must be paid for within 7 days of purchasing. If no payment is made within 7 days of the purchase, then an unpaid item dispute will be opened in order to cancel the transaction. If you have any payment problems please inform us.

Postage/Delivery

Postage:
-Items are posted within 1 working day (or the same day if purchased before 3.15 pm- Monday to Friday) on receipt of order and cleared payment

-Orders placed after 3.15 pm on Friday will be posted on Monday. Goods are normally posted on a Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service or Royal Mail 1st Class (Depending on the item).

-If you require a quicker service, please select the Next Day Delivery Services which are available on all listings.

-All additional items are free of charge.

Tracking Your Item:
-You should automatically receive tracking/delivery information via email/SMS. However, if you do not, please message us to request your tracking number.

UK Delivery:
-Standard Delivery - Will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 Days) Service or Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 Days)

-Royal Mail 24 Tracked Next Day - All tracking information will be sent via email and SMS if selected (Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery Next Day for Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland).

-DPD Next Day - If selected DPD will offer you a 1-hour time slot for delivery, tracking information will also be sent once dispatched (Please note if this option is selected for the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland, we will send on a Royal Mail 24 Tracked Service).

Returns/Exchanges


In order to return item(s) please repackage the goods, either in their original packaging or a carrier bag etc.


Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items, however, please feel free to re-order once you have received your refund.

Do not attach any sellotape/parcel tape/address labels to the box or item itself.

Goods must be unworn, in clean order and in a resalable state or they will not be accepted.

Buyers must return goods at their own expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. When returning goods please ensure you keep proof of postage as it is your responsibility if goods are lost (Proof of postage is not proof of delivery).



Packaging

-Please do not apply any tape or labels directly to the original box(s).

-Please place it back in the original postage bag or place it in a bag/box of your own.


Postage costs-

-When returning heavier items, we recommend using myHermes or Collect+.

-Please ensure you keep a receipt when returning your goods as proof of postage. The responsibility of any goods returned is down to the consumer.

-Proof of postage is not proof that we received the item.


Faulty/wrong item received

If you are unhappy with your order, the item is faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue straight away.

*Please note we will require a photo of any faulty/ wrong item as evidence for records before we are able to resolve it.*
